The Travel Industry Hub: COVID-19 Update

At The Travel Industry Hub, the safety and wellbeing of our members and visitors around COVID-19 are our utmost priority. As such, we have implemented new rules and policies in accordance with SafeWork Australia.

We are currently open for walk-in tours and visits. If you'd like to schedule a visit, please book that here 


What has changed:

  • Sanitisation of the hands and signing in with details is now mandatory. 

  • The number of people in the space is limited to 40 people. We have implemented this limit during current circumstances to be well under the maximum number of people allowed in line with 1.5m and 4m² social distancing guidelines. (Our office is 383sqm in total). We may change these rules at any time. 

  • Members and any external visitors must book or arrange visits with us beforehand.

  • Regular sanitation. High touch points are sanitised throughout any day where there is activity in the space. This includes door handles, buttons, remotes, light switches, etc.

  • Hand sanitisers are available. We encourage that you use sanitiser regularly throughout the day.

  • Foot traffic. We have marked out pathways that will aid social distancing and decrease contact.

  • Room max capacities. Different areas and rooms now have max capacities clearly indicated.

  • All gatherings and small events must be seated.
